Helles Zimmer mit hoher Decke im Altbau zu vermieten. Die großen Fenster geben einen guten Blick direkt auf den Augarten und sorgen für ein helles Zimmer. Da die Wohnung in der Verkehrsberuhigten Zone liegt herrscht kaum Lärm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe und Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad vorhanden.
Ein Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof schließt direkt an die Küche an.
Aus der Wohnung raus muss man nur die Straße überqueren und ist direkt im Augarten. Der Jakominiplatz ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen Spar nur eine Straße weiter. Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es nur 100m Fußweg entfernt. Der Balkon und der mitzubenutzende Garten gehen in den eigenen Hinterhof.
Da ich ausziehe sucht unsere WG bestehend aus Miriam, Laura und mir nach Ersatz. Wir sind eine gemütliche WG in der man sich gerne Unterhält wenn man sich trifft, aber kein Zwang zu gemeinsamen Unternehmungen herrscht.
Um für Sauberheit zu sorgen gibt es einen Putzplan.
Im Zimmer befinden sich keine Möbel. Der rest der WG ist gut Ausgestattet.

The large windows provide a good view of Augarten and make for a bright room. As the apartment is located in a traffic-calmed zone, there is hardly any noise. The kitchen is well equipped, including fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. A balcony with a view of the inner courtyard is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
From the apartment you only have to cross the street and you are directly in the Augarten. Jakominiplatz can be reached in 2 minutes by bike. For groceries there is a Spar just one street away. There is a bus stop just 100m away. The balcony and a shared garden face the backyard.
As I am moving out, our flat share consisting of Miriam, Laura and myself is looking for a replacement. We are a cozy flat share in which people like to chat when they meet, but there is no obligation to do things together.
The rent of 472 € includes all utilities, including heating, electricity and internet. A small cellar is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the inner courtyard under the roof.
