Die Gesamtkosten des Zimmers (Miete, Energie & Internet) belaufen sich auf 271,- eur pro Monat.

Ich hatte leider keine Zeit um ordentlich auszumalen & der Bettrahmen ist kaputt gegangen, deswegen habe ich die Kaution von 500 ,- eur auf 100,- eur gesenkt! Sorry!

I am moving back to vienna! My old room is ( inlcuding rent, energy & internet) 271,- eur per month!
Since I could not freshly paint the room & the bedframe broke, i have lowered the kaution from 500,- eur to only 100,- eur!.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 minuten zu Fuß von der Karl Franzens Universtät entfernt, Straßenbahn, Bus & der schöne Hilmteich befinden sich ebenfalls sehr nahe!
Ein Billa ist gleich ums eck, Spar und Hofer lassen sich am besten per öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln erreichen.

The flat is 10 minutes per foot a from the Karl Franzens University, the Tramway, Bus and lovely Hilmlake are also very close!
A supermarket is around the corner and other supermarkets can be reached through public transport.
Sandro (22), & Javi (25), deine potentziellen Mitbewohner, studieren und sind sehr nette junge leute :D
Javi kommt aus Spanien und spricht Englisch mit uns.
Wir waren eine recht ruhige Truppe, hier und da sind wir mal auf ein Bier gegangen, aber hauptsächlich haben wir uns am Küchentisch zusammengefunden und geplaudert.
