Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert übergeben. Darin befindet sich ein speziell auf das Zimmer angepasstes, selbst gebautes Hochbett direkt unter dem Dachfenster. Ein großer, massiver Schreibtisch, Kommoden, Kleiderstande, Couch, Couchtisch, Regale und Schminktisch, etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist südseitig ausgerichtet und daher fast den ganzen Tag wunderbar hell. Durch die Einrichtungsaufteilung im Raum eignet sich das Zimmer bestens zum arbeiten, lernen sowie auch zum chillen und als Schlafzimmer. Zu beachten: Das Zimmer ist straßenseitig ausgerichtet und daher wird es bei offenen Fenstern entsprechend laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch kein Problem.
Zur gemeinsamen Benutzung stehen eine große Wohnküche mit Couch und Beamer sowie eine fantastische WG-eigene Dachterrasse mir Blick auf den Grazer Schlossberg und Uhrturm zur Verfügung.

The room is handed over fully furnished. There is a self-built loft bed, specially adapted to the room, directly under the skylight. A large, solid desk, chests of drawers, clothes stand, couch, coffee table, shelves and dressing table, etc. are available. The room is south-facing and therefore wonderfully bright almost all day. The furnishing layout in the room makes it ideal for working, studying as well as chilling out and as a bedroom. Please note: The room faces the street and is therefore noisy when the windows are open, but not a problem when the windows are closed.
A large kitchen/living room with a couch and a projector as well as a fantastic rooftop terrace with a view of the Schlossberg and clock tower in Graz are available for common use.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Jakominiplatz entfernt. Von da aus erreicht man alles in Graz in kürzester Zeit über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Auch der schöne Augarten sowie die Mur und der Murradweg befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Unmittelbar nebenan befinden sich ein Spar und ein Friseur.

The flat is only a 5-minute walk from Jakominiplatz. From there you can reach everything in Graz in no time via public transport. The beautiful Augarten as well as the Mur and the Mur cycle path are also just around the corner. There is a Spar and a hairdresser right next door.
Da ich im Herbst ein Erasmus+ Semester mache, suche ich jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein geliebtes WG Zimmer. Mein Mitbewohner Conna (22) studiert Psychologie an der KFU. Er ist ein total umgänglicher und herzensguter Mensch, der immer für ein gutes Gespräch offen ist. Ab und an kann er ein bisschen verpeilt sein, aber durch seine offene und freundliche Art herrscht immer eine entspannte Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Falls du interessiert bist, kannst du ihn gerne im vorhinein kennenlernen. Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass die Harmonie in der Wohnung immer aufrecht erhalten bleibt. Etwaige Probleme werden stets sofort angesprochen und geklärt. Außerdem ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit, sowie die Einhaltung des Putzplans unbedingt notwendig.
Wir suchen nach einer offenen, sauberen, vertrauenswürdigen Person mit viel Herz, die gerne mal für ein nettes Gespräch bei ein paar Getränken oder ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben ist.

As I am doing an Erasmus+ semester in autumn, I am looking for someone to rent my beloved WG room. My flatmate Conna (22) is studying psychology at KFU. He is a totally sociable and kind-hearted person who is always open to a good conversation. He can be a bit out of his head now and then, but his open and friendly nature means there is always a relaxed atmosphere in the flat. If you are interested, you are welcome to meet him in advance. It is very important to us that the harmony in the flat is always maintained. Any problems are always addressed and clarified immediately. In addition, tidiness and cleanliness, as well as keeping to the cleaning schedule, are absolutely essential.
We are looking for an open-minded, clean, trustworthy person with a lot of heart who is happy to have a nice chat over a few drinks or a meal together.
