Ich vermiete mein helles und geräumiges Zimmer unserer 2er WG, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock.

Bezüglich Beginn und Ende der Mietdauer bin ich flexibel.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geidorf, ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Uni entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus alle paar Minuten Busse fahren. Außerdem ist man in nur 2 Gehminuten im Stadtpark und in wenigen Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Dein Mitbewohner Marc, 28 Jahre alt, studiert Psychologie an der KFU. Wir socializen gerne und verbringen gerne Zeit auf unserem großen Balkon oder in unserem Wohnzimmer.

Der überdachte Balkon ist von der Küche zugänglich und bietet Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof. Die Wohnung bietet außerdem eine Abstellkammer und ein eigenes Wohnzimmer. Geheizt wird mit Infrarotpanelen.
