Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, ein kleineres, weißes Regal, eine Garderobe mit Kleiderbügeln und einen weißen Schreibtisch von IKEA mit einem gemütlichen Bürostuhl und ein wunderschönes, schwarzes 3er-Lederofa.
Für Erasmus-Studierende aus dem Ausland stellen wir auch Bettwäsche (Bettdecke, Polster, Leintuch und Bettzeug gratis zur Verfügung).
A room is available in a beautiful 4-room apartment in an old building in St. Leonhard.
Room 3 is approx. 25m in size.
Total costs 380,- Euro (incl. BK and heating/month and internet)
The room has a bed, a small white shelf, a wardrobe with hangers and a white desk from IKEA with a comfortable office chair and a beautiful black 3-seater leather sofa.
For Erasmus students from abroad, we also provide bed linen (comforter, pillows, sheets and bedding free of charge).
Die Altbauwohnung liegt im 2.Stock - mitten im Herz-Jesu-Viertel (Rechbauerstraße).
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe: Straßenbahn 3, 1, 7 sowie Bus 63, 64, 31, 39 u.a.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist sowieso alles einen Katzensprung entfernt.
In der Nähe befinden sich ein Billa, Spar, Apotheke, Ärzte, Bäckerei, Rechbauerkino, Fitness-Studio und zum Stadtpark oder bis zum Mur-Radweg beim Augartenpark zum Sporteln ist es nicht weit!
Ideal für Studierende der TU Graz und im Wall-Zentrum der KF-Universität und KUG (für Studierende verschiedener Sprachen).

There is a Billa, Spar, pharmacy, doctors, bakery, Rechbauer cinema, gym and the city park or the Mur cycle path at Augartenpark for sports are not far away!

-Raum 2 wird von Godeleine (Kunststudentin an der KUG) bewohnt.
-Der Raum zwischen Raum 1 und Raum 2 (siehe Plan bei den Fotos) wird von uns für gelegentliche private Bürotätigkeiten verwendet.
-Raum 3 (ca.25 m) ist zu vermieten.
Wir selbst wohnen im 1.Stock des Hauses.
Das heißt - es handelt sich an sich um eine 3er-WG.
Das WG-Leben ist angenehm ruhig.
Die gemeinsame Küche (voll ausgestattet) lädt zum Verweilen, Kochen und Tratschen ein.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Waschmaschine.
The old building apartment (located on the 2nd floor) has a total of 4 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an vestibule and WC.
-Room 1 is occupied by Bea (art student at the KUG).
-Room 2 is occupied by Godeleine (art student at the KUG).
-Room 3 (approx. 25 m) is for rent.
We ourselves live on the 1st floor of the house.
-The 4th room (between room 1 and room 2; see apartment plan) is used by us for occasional private office work.
This means - it is actually a 3-room shared flat.
Life in the shared flat is pleasantly quiet.
The shared kitchen (fully equipped) invites you to linger, cook and chat.
The bathroom has a washing machine.
Gesucht wird eine Studentin oder ein Student, die/ der sich auf ein Leben in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Altbau-WG in absolut zentraler Lage freut.
Es ist einfach netter, wenn es sich um ein gemeinsames WG-Leben und keine Zweck-WG handelt.
