Das Haus ist ein altes sarniertes Hotel mit dem Namen "Preussischer Hof" (immernoch am Eingang zu lesen).
Fahrradkeller vorhanden, sowie Waschmaschinen im Keller.
Zimmer einschließlich anteilige Gemeinschaftsfläche beträgt 14/21 m².
Gesamtmiete beträgt 369 Euro.
Vertrag besteht mit der DFO Stralsund.

Direkt am Fischmarkt und 1min vom Marktplatz entfernt mitten in der Altstadt.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Greifswalder Dom. Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Universität befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Studenten-WG
2 Männer und 1 Frau, da ein anderer Mitbewohner auch noch auszieht bis zum Herbst.
