Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen, weitläufigen Altbauwohnung in der Fleischervorstadt inklusive Flügeltüren, hohen Decken und Stuck. Es ist ca. 35 qm groß und grenzt an unseren Wintergarten mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Garten.
The room is situated in a calm and spacious Altbau including gull-wing doors, high ceilings and stucco ceiling. The room has approximately 35 sqm and adjacent to our winter garden with a wonderful view on the garden
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Straße in der Fleischervorstadt, aber in fünf Minuten ist man auch schon zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch viele in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
The flat is in a very calm and beautiful street in the Fleischervorstadt, but the city centre is just a five minute walk away. Also we have plenty of supermarkets around.
Leider wird uns Lennard im Dezember verlassen, weswegen ich (Moritz) und Johanna eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in suchen.
Johanna studiert Germanistische Literaturwissenschaft und mit ihr kannst du dich immer über Literatur, Musik und Parfüme unterhalten, wenn sie mal nicht beim Schlagzeug spielen ist.
Ich bin Tierarzt und mache gerade meinen PhD und ich gehe sehr gerne birdwatching, Tennis spielen und ich koche auch sehr gerne.
Wir wünschen uns ein WG Leben indem wir gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen aber wir auch jeder Person seinen Raum lassen, sich ausruhen. Aber bei einem abendlichen Glas Wein sind wir eigentlich immer dabei.

unfortunately Lennard will leave us in december which is why me (Moritz) and Johanna are looking for a new flatmate.
Johanna studies German literature and you can always talk with her about literature, music and perfumes if she's not playing the drums.
I am a veterinarian, currently doing my PhD and I love to go birdwatching, playing tennis and I also love to cook.
We're hoping for an atmosphere in the flat in which we love to spend time together but are respectful of eachothers need to rest. But we are always ready for a glass of wine in the evening.
