Huhu, du bist nur kurz in Greifswald und suchst ein Zimmer zur Untermiete? Dann wirst du dich hier sicher wohlfühlen. Die sanierte Altbauwohnung ist mit 110qm ein schöner Ort zum verweilen.
Das 17qm große Zimmer ist voll möbliert und bietet Stauraum für deinen stuff. Da es auf der Innenhofseite gelegen ist, ist es außerdem sehr ruhig. Vor allem tagsüber und abends erwischt man viel Licht durch das Fenster.
Außerdem lädt ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine süße Holzküche dazu ein, zusammen zu quatschen und zu kochen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne zusätzlich zur Dusche. Das Highlight der WG sind meine zwei Mitbewohner*innen David und Marleen, mit denen du dich sicher gut verstehen wirst.

The 17 square meter room is fully furnished and offers storage space for your stuff. Since it is located on the courtyard side, it is also very quiet. You get a lot of light through the window, especially during the day and in the evening.
In addition, a large living room and a cute wooden kitchen invite you to chat and cook together. The bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the shower. The highlight of the shared apartment are my two roommates David and Marleen, with whom you will definitely get on well.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Fleischer-Vorstadt und damit ideal. In die Innenstadt sind es 5min zu Fuß.
