Hallo,
in unserer WG ist ab sofort ein Zimmer frei. Arne (Kommunikations- und Musikwissenschaften, 28), Rico (Landschaftsökologie und Naturschutz, 28) und Florian (Humanmedizin, 19) suchen daher wieder eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in). :-)
Das Zimmer ist gut 11 m² groß - bietet aber ausreichend Platz, da es im Flur noch genug Stauraum gibt.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine Küche mit Backofen, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie einen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Fahrradkeller.
Wenn du gern mit uns zusammenleben möchtest, dann melde dich bei Rico unter oder unter ----/-------.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 100 m entfernt (Rewe, Penny) und ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt neben dem Haus. Bis zum neuen Campus sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 Minuten und bis ins Zentrum ca. 10 min. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 7. Etage eines sanierten Plattenbaus in der Südstadt - dank eines Fahrstuhls ist das aber kein Problem. ;-)
In unserer WG gibt es keinerlei Verpflichtungen - jeder kann hier auch mal seine Ruhe haben. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber auch keine Zweck-WG. Lustig ist es mit uns immer. :-)
