Zu vermieten ist ein Doppelzimmer je 14 qm im erstes Obergeschoss der Villa. Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 300 qm und liegt in einem Garten mit Terrasse und altem Baumbestand. Die gemeinschaftliche Küche liegt im Erdgeschoß und das Bad im ersten Obergeschoss. Es gibt noch zusätzliche Toiletten im Haus.
Groitzsch ist eine Kleinstadt ca. 25 km südlich von Leipzig, sie bietet eine gute Infrastrukturen für den Alltag. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung nach Leipzig ist vorhanden. Die Villa liegt am Rande der Kleinstadt Groitzsch in einem Garten mit altem Baumbestand an einer von Bäumen gesäumten Allee ähnlichen Straße.
Wir sind zu Dritt. Ich (57, Physiotherapeutin ) Besitzerin des Hauses und Norbert Rentner (68) als Paar, sowie Dominica (67) mit Charlie ihrem Hund.
Wir leben seid einem Jahr gemeinsam in dem Haus, teilen uns Küche, Bad, Terrasse kochen, reden, diskutieren, sind rücksichtsvoll nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss, was erstaunlich gut funktioniert. Suchen Mitbewohner/in der/die es einfach mal ausprobieren möchte mit uns.
