The flat is in Groß-Zimmern, 15 minutes by bus from the heart of Darmstadt. You can take an X78 or a 672 to reach here. It takes 4 minutes to walk from the flat to the bus stop. In 5 minutes, you can also get to the nearby Rewe and Netto. One bus stop will bring you to ALDI, dm, and Tegut. This is the ideal location for you if you enjoy a quiet community.

Students from several nations reside in this flat on its three floors. The apartment has students from different countries living on 3 different floors. Your prospective room is on first floor of the apartment. You would be sharing your bathroom and kitchen with
- me (Yashee, 24, F, Indian) I am currently in my fourth semester at TU Darmstadt and in my thesis writing phase. I mostly stay at home and love to cook food.
- Smit (24, M, Indian), who is in his fourth semester in Material Science Engineering at TU Darmstadt. You will find him hanging out with his friends and cooking food.
- Edouard (45+, M, Polish) who works in a company near our flat. He is a very sweet and helpful fellow who is always up for a trekking plan. You will find him at house only on weekends.

You will be provided with your privacy and personal space as we do not necessarily do things together. We respect each other’s schedule with least interreference in each other’s life however, whenever we get time, we share a meal together or a quick conversation. We are not necessarily a purpose-based flat share but we don’t mind making a plan whenever it feels right.

The flat is available from 01 August and we would love to find someone who is in our age group, preferably a student. It is important to us that you stay with us for a longer period of time, as we would like to have a certain degree of stability in the flat share. Financial security is just as important to us as a clean home. We do not require a deposit hence a proof of income is demanded.

We hope that you are not a careless person who doesn’t prioritise cleanliness. As we are four people sharing kitchen and bathroom, cleanliness is a must. everyone is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom on the weekend. We have a rotation so you would be cleaning every third weekend. The cleaning tools and things are bought in sharing. If you are someone new to the country, we would say it’s okay if you don’t buy cooking appliances as the three of us have enough to share. You can come and live with us and then decide to buy what you need for the kitchen. We want someone who lives responsibly not recklessly
