Das Zimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines ca. 1925 erbauten Doppelhauses in Groß-Zimmern. Die Wohnungen des Gebäudes wurden im Jahr 2006 komplett saniert. Die Wohnung im OG wurde vor Neuvermietung im Jahr 2021 umfassend renoviert und modernisiert. Die Außeninstandsetzung des Gebäudes erfolgte in 2017/2018.

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Anschluss an die Satelliten-Antenne (unicable) und ein 32“-TV-Gerät mit HDMI-Anschlüssen. Der W-Lan-Router befindet sich direkt vor dem Zimmer. Alle Zimmer der Wohnung sind zudem mit LAN an das Internet angebunden.

Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (140 x 200 cm), Nachttisch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und einer Leselampe. Es ist renoviert und liegt straßenseitig auf der Gebäudevorderseite (Westen). Das Licht im Zimmer lässt sich dimmen und individuell einstellen (Stärke, Farbtemperatur). Zusammen mit ihren beiden Mitbewohnern teilen Sie sich eine vollausgestattete Küche (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) mit Essecke sowie das Bad (Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit, Waschbecken, WC).

Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein eigener Wäschetrockner (Abluft) der WG im Keller. Hier befindet sich auch ein eigener, abschließbarer Keller der WG.

Im Haus wohnt im DG noch eine Wohnungsmietpartei (Familie mit Kindern). Die Wohnung im EG wird von drei Student/innen bereits als WG genutzt. Das Gebäude befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Groß-Zimmerns „grüner Mitte“. Die Bushaltestelle „Reinheimer Straße“ mit Busanbindung nach Darmstadt (ca. 35 Minuten bis Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) und Dieburg (ca. 15 Minuten bis Dieburg-Bahnhof) ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Die Hochschulen beider Städte sind somit bequem zu erreichen. Ebenfalls zwei Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit Vollsortiment. Restaurants und Schnellimbisse sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house built around 1925 in large rooms. The apartments in the building were completely renovated in 2006. The apartment on the first floor was extensively renovated and modernized before being re-let in 2021. The external renovation of the building took place in 2017/2018.

The room has its own connection to the satellite antenna (unicable) and a 32 “TV with HDMI connections. The WiFi router is located directly in front of the room. All rooms in the apartment are also connected to the Internet via LAN.

The room is furnished with a bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside table, wardrobe, desk, desk chair and a reading lamp. It has been renovated and is on the street side on the front of the building (west). The light in the room can be dimmed and individually adjusted (strength, color temperature). You and your two flatmates share a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, fridge / freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine) with dining area and the bathroom (bathtub with shower facility, sink, toilet).

The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine and dryer (exhaust air) for the shared apartment in the basement. There is also a separate, lockable cellar of the flat share.

Another apartment tenant lives in the house in the attic (family with children). The apartment on the ground floor is already used by three students as a shared flat. The building is in the immediate vicinity of Groß-Zimmern's “green center”. The “Reinheimer Straße” bus stop with bus connections to Darmstadt (approx. 35 minutes to Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) and Dieburg (approx. 15 minutes to Dieburg train station) is only a two-minute walk away. The universities of both cities can therefore be easily reached. A supermarket with a full range is also a two-minute walk away. Restaurants and fast food outlets can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

La parada de autobús "Reinheimer Straße" con conexiones de autobús a Darmstadt (aprox. 35 minutos a Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) y Dieburg (aprox. 15 minutos a la estación de tren Dieburg) está a sólo dos minutos a pie.
