Ein Zimmer möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, in kleinem Haus Baujahr 1954, etwa 10 qm groß. Deckenhöhe 2,40 Meter, Doppelscheiben Kunststofffenster mit Rolläden nach Süden in den Garten , Wohnküche, Tageslicht-Bad mit Wanne. Holzofen in der Küche und im Zimmer.
Häuschen sehr ruhige Lage am Hang, großer Garten mit Apfelbäumen. In Günzburg Reisensburg, in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu den Kliniken BKH und KKH Günzburg, in 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, stündliche Abfahrt. Viel Grün, kaum Autoverkehr, schöner Blick auf die Burg. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Banken, Post vor Ort.
Nichtraucher - Haushalt, 2 Ex Raucher, Rauchen nur vor der Haustür möglich.
Bewohner: drei berufstätige Mitbewohner aus Italien und Polen.
Das Mietverhältnis ist befristet. Rücksichtnahme was Lärm, Küchen- und Badbenutzung und Sauberkeit angeht wird vorausgesetzt.
Am besten vormittags oder am Wochenende anrufen oder email oder Whatsapp. Ich freue mich auf neue Mitbewohner.
