Ein großes weiß gestrichenes Zimmer mit einer Heizung und zwei großen Fenstern. Vom Flur aus ist es das vierte Zimmer. Du kannst so ziemlich alles tun was du willst mit dem Zimmer, musst es halt nur wieder weiß anmalen wenn du ausziehst (und natürlich heile lassen). Ist eine ruhige Gegend hier(für gewöhnlich).
A big, white painted room with central heating and two bright windows. It's the fourth room from the start of the hallway. You can do whatever you want with the room, though if you move out remember to paint it white again (and of course, not to wreck the whole room). A quiet place (usually).
Zirka fünf Minuten von einer Bushalte entfernt. Jede halbe Stunde kommt ein Bus der ins Zentrum von Gummersbach fährt.
About five minutes away from the bus stop. Every half an hour you'll be able to catch a bus to the center of Gummersbach.
Ganz einfach, du gehst mir nicht auf die Nerven und ich geh dir nicht auf die Nerven. Du kannst den Backofen von mir benutzen, müsstest aber Geschirr (Pfannen usw.) selber mitnehmen und es auch selber sauber machen. Miete kann per cash bezahlt werden, muss aber pünktlich abgegeben werden. Alles andere können wir ja noch besprechen.
Pretty easy, don't be a pain in the ass and you won't have problems with me. You'll have to bring your own tableware and also clean it yourself after you used it. You can pay your rent in cash, but please make sure to be on time with your payment. We can talk about everything else in person.

Ich hab am Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag keine Zeit, am Sonntag oder Montag. Vor allem würde ich erst einmal so etwas wie eine Vorstellung ("Bewerbung") von dir per E-mail bekommen, muss nichts langes sein, nur ein Bild und etwas über deine Person/Hobbies/Bla.
