Ein schönes Zimmer steht (noch) zur Verfügung in dieser 4er WG. Die Wände sind frisch gestrichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss der Villa. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist möbliert.

Das verfügbare Zimmer ist ca 12m2. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne wird von 3 Mietern genutzt.

TRAUM-Lage. Das Grundstück selbst ist groß und wunderschön. Das Haus ist nur 2 Gehminuten vom Gutacher Bahnhof entfernt. Von dort kann man direkt nach Kollnau / Waldkirch / Freiburg / Elzach etc. (S2) mit dem Zug fahren.

Die WG wird gerade frisch gegründet. Zwei ganz tolle Personen sind schon eingezogen.

Ein Traum.
Im Haus unten wohnt auch ein lieber junger Hund.
Hühner ziehen im Frühling auch noch in den Garten :)
Nebenkosten kommen noch dazu (€100 pro Monat).
Wir unterschreiben 1Jahres Verträge. Verlängern ist dann auch eine Option.
