Es ist schön teilmöbliert. Die Küche ist ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer neuen Regendusche (Rainforest mit quadr. und rundem Regenduschkopf großen Durchmessers) fachtechnisch installiert im Nov. 2018. Eine Waschmaschine der Marke Miele und Geschirrspülmaschine (mit Warmwasseranschluss) der Marke Miele sind vorhanden. DSL und WLAN sind auch vorhanden.
Ich bin nach meinem Studium nun Angestellter und arbeite momentan außerhalb von Haar im Außendienst. NK Vorauszahlung und Kaution läuft im Rahmen der gesetzl. Bestimmungen (HV und BGB) auf VB bei Vertragsabschluss. Besichtigen kann man es nach Rücksprache. Möglich wäre es generell nach Absprache am WE. Der Abend wäre dabei ideal. Uhrzeit muss dann halt noch individuell ausgemacht werden.
Das Zimmer liegt in Haar. Es sind 10 Min. zur S-Bahn und 20 Min. zur Innenstadt.
In der Nähe gibt es noch eine Post, Banken, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Drogerie, Getränkemarkt, Apotheke, Kiosk, Tankstelle usw. In ca. 5 Automin. erreicht man die A99. Es hat eine ruhige Lage.
