Hallo,
ich suche ab dem 01.04. einen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Fenster und eine gut ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine. Besonders angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung in der ganzen Wohnung.
WG Leben : Ich bin Steffen 22 und bin im 3. Lehrjahr meiner Ausbildung (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik). Ich bin eigentlich ziemlich flexibel was das Zusammenleben angeht. Wenn jemand seine Ruhe haben möchte bekommt er sie auch, aber grundsätzlich bin auch sehr gemeinsames kochen und chilln bei einem Bier oder Kaffee, da ich kein Bock auf eine Zweck WG habe.
LAGE : Die Wohnung ist etwa 10 min von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto,Penny) entfernt, genauso wie der Hbf. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und in der nächsten Straße, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ca 2-3 min entfernt. In die Innenstadt läuft man keine halbe Stunde.
Wer Lust hat kann gerne vorbei kommen und sich alles anschauen. ;)
