Das Zimmer, was angeboten wird, ist das kleinste der Wohnung. Es geht zum Hof raus und ist somit schön ruhig und eignet sich perfekt als Schlafzimmer.
Darin befindet sich ein Bett, eine Kommode und ein Nachttisch. Nach Belieben kann auch ein kleiner Schreibtisch untergebracht werden.
Das Durchgangszimmer zu deinem Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer. Meinen Sekretär könnte ich bei Bedarf freiräumen und dir als Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung stellen.
Küche/Tageslicht-Bad/Flur sind voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine Badewanne!
Im Haus wohnen noch 3 weitere Parteien.
ENGLISH: The room I offer is very calm and its window goes out to the backyard, ideal as bedroom. It is fully furnished with a bed, a nightstand, and drawer. However I can offer to include a little desk.
The shared livingroom is between your room and the hallway and my room. I can also offer my "secretary desk" if you need it.
Big kitchen, daylight bathroom with tub/shower are fully furnished as well. We also have a balcony!
There's 3 more parties living in this house. They are all very friendly.
Die Wohnung liegt im Paulusviertel. Alle Orte des täglichen Bedarfs sind schnell zu erreichen.
Das Colonne Morris (Bar, Café) ist um die Ecke.
Die Linie 12 hält fast direkt vor der Haustür, was die Lage perfekt für Pendler macht!
ENGLISH: The flat is located in the "Paulusviertel". Supermarket, pharmacy, doctors etc are near. As well as some cafés and bars.
The tram line 12 is very close to our door.
Mein Name ist Alessa, ich bin 29, fast 30 Jahre alt und lebe hier gerade mit meinen beiden Katzen Milo und Yuki (beide 2 Jahre alt, reine Wohnungskatzen). Derzeit befinde ich mich im Bachelorstudium und werde im Juni meinen Abschluss in Modedesign an der Burg machen.
Ich versuche öfter zum Campus zu gehen und vor Ort zu arbeiten, habe aber auch meinen Arbeitsplatz mit Nähmaschinen etc. hier in der Wohnung.
Meine Katzen sind beide sehr liebenswerte, verspielte und verkuschelte Wesen, beide Kurzhaar und eher allergiearm.
Bitte bewirb dich trotzdem nur, wenn du keine Katzenhaarallergie hast und Katzen magst.
Ich bin kein Fan von absoluten Zweck-WG's, möchte aber vorausschicken, dass ich meine Verfügbarkeit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten außerhalb der Wohnung nicht abschätzen kann. Ich freue mich über gemeinsames kochen oder Serien schauen, wenns passt :)

I am not a fan of "anonymous" flatshares but I want to declare in advance that because of my BA I cannot estimate how much time I can invest in forming a connection outside of the house. I do enjoy cooking together or watching a movie though!
Ich suche also entweder nach jemandem, der nach Halle pendelt und idealerweise nur ab und zu da ist* oder jemandem der keine eigenen Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände mitbringt.
* da ich mich wirklich sehr auf meinen Abschluss fokussieren muss.
Wir sind hier ursprünglich als Paar eingezogen. Dies ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich kein unmöbliertes Zimmer anbieten kann, da mir erstmal die Kapazitäten und Zeit fehlt, die Wohnung grundlegend umzustrukturieren.

ENGLISH: I am looking for someone who preferably commutes for work in Halle and is not always here. I try to work more on campus but I also do have my studio here. The person moving in should not bring any big furniture or stuff since everything is already fully furnished. I can currently not offer an unfurnished room or restructure the whole flat due to my capacities.
