Das Zimmer ist circa 13m² groß und du bekommst es mit den Möbeln auf den Fotos. Wenn du eigene Möbel hast können wir aber auch gerne schauen wie wir die unterkriegen. Es ist zwar das kleinste Zimmer der WG, liegt dabei aber zum Innenhof raus und ist dementsprechend schön ruhig.
Die schönen Dielen und Holztüren geben dem Zimmer und der ganzen Wohnung einen wunderbaren Altbaucharme. Das Fenster zeigt Richtung Innenhof und bekommt, besonders mittags, eine ganze Menge an Sonnenstrahlen ab. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und bleibt somit auch im Hochsommer immer angenehm kühl! PS: Im Winter ist dein Zimmer das wärmste :)

The room is about 13m² in size and will be handed over to you with the furniture shown in the pictures. If you want to bring some of your own furniture we can talk about and arrange something. Although it is the smallest room in the shared flat, it faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
The beautiful floorboards and wooden doors give the room and the whole apartment a wonderful old building charm. The window faces the inner courtyard and gets a lot of sunlight, especially at midday. The apartment is on the first floor and therefore always stays pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer! Ps: in Winter your room is the warmest :)
Wie schon erwähnt wohnen wir im Paulusviertel, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die das so mit sich bringt (süße Cafés/Kinder/Hunde immer in Sichtweite, Edeka meistens offen usw...). Unser gesamtes Haus besteht aus WGs und wir pflegen ein sehr gutes Miteinander. Wir leihen uns Zwiebeln oder treffen uns im Hof zu Glühwein und Feuerschale oder Bier und Mückenspray, je nach Jahreszeit. Da wir im Erdgeschoss wohnen sind wir die hauptsächlichen Nutzer*innen des Vorgartens, mit (kaputter) Hollywoodschaukel und dem dauerhaften Versuch, einen Rasen anzupflanzen. Auf unserem Dach kann man den ein oder anderen Sonnenuntergang genießen.
As already mentioned, we live in the Paulusviertel, with all the amenities that this brings (cute cafés/kids/dogs always in sight, Edeka usually open, etc...). Our entire house consists of shared flats and we maintain a very good togetherness. We borrow onions or meet in the courtyard for mulled wine and a fire bowl or beer and bug spray, depending on the season. Since we live on the ground floor we are the main users of the front garden, with a Hollywood swing and the permanent attempt to plant a lawn. On our roof you can enjoy the one or other sunset.
Du wirst mit Ly, Lotti, Lizzy und David zusammenwohnen. Ich (Lou) bin im Erasmus und mein Zimmer wird dann zu deinem :) Im September, möglicherweise auch erst Anfang Oktober bin ich wieder da. Eventuell ziehen Lizzy oder David im Herbst 2025 weg aus Halle, was bedeutet, dass aus der Zwischenmiete eventuell auch was langfristiges werden kann. Das ist aber ganz unklar aktuell.
Ly, Lizzy, David und Lotti sind alle Studis und ein ganz netter, wilder Haufen, dem ein freundschaftliches Miteinander in der WG sehr wichtig ist. Es gibt enge Freund*innenschaften in der Wg und auch außerhalb der Wohnung wird immer wieder etwas gemeinsam unternommen. Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen und teilen uns alle Lebensmittel.
Abgesehen davon, sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis im Alltag viel unterwegs und von Politaktivismus über Bouldern, Fußball und Auflegen verfolgen sie alle möglichen Hobbies. Zu Hause erzählt man sich dann gerne bei einem Getränk vom Tag oder geht seid neustem noch ins Pusch, die neu eröffnete Bar direkt nebenan. :D
Am besten du lernst die vier bei einem Kaffee oder anderem Getränk kennen. Wir freuen uns auf dich :)

You'll be living together with Ly, Lizzy, David und Lotti. I (Lou) will do an Exchange Semester and my room would be yours :) In September I'll be back, but could be October as well. Possibly David or Lizzy will move away from Halle in autumn 2025, so, you might be able to stay longer but that is completely unclear right now.
Ly, Lizzy, David and Lotti are all studying at MLU and are a wild, totally sweet bunch of people. For them a caring and nice relationship with their flatmates is important. There are close friendships in the WG and often people are doing stuff together outside of the wg; not with all five at the same time, however. We like to cook and eat together and we share all food.
Besides that, your future flatmates are quite busy in their every day life, from political activism, to soccer, bouldern and making music they do all sorts of different hobbies. At home they like to have a chat about each other days or they might go to Pusch, which is the new house bar that recently opened :D
If you think that's sounds nice just come around for a coffee and meet them yourself. We're looking forward meeting you. :)
Über das Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir gerne noch mal reden. Wenn du ein paar Wochen später einziehen willst, geht das auch. Früher geht aber nicht. :)
