In unserer vierer WG wird zum 6.4. ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 29m2 groß und hat zwei große Fenster nach Süden zur Leipziger Straße raus und wunderbares Fischgrätenparkett. Da es eine schöne Altbauwohnung ist, gibt es in jedem Zimmer hohe Decken, wodurch es noch größer wirkt.

A room will be available in our shared flat for 6 April. The room is approx. 29m2 and has two large windows facing south towards Leipziger Straße and wonderful herringbone parquet flooring. As it is a beautiful old building flat, there are high ceilings in every room, which makes it look even bigger.
Wir wohnen direkt an der Leipziger Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Rewe) und Verkehrsanbindungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, genau so wie der Marktplatz. Der Stadtpark für joggen und andere sportliche Aktivitäten ist ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Generell ist man von hier vor allem mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10min überall! :)
We live directly at the Leipziger Straße. Both public transport and supermarkets are within 5 minute walking distance. The main train station can be reached by foot in around 10 minutes. TherThe city park for jogging and other sporting activities is also just a few steps away.
Da Pia leider auszieht, suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohner*in. In der WG wohnen aktuell Haroon, Lea und Solveigh.
Haroon spielt begeistert Fußball und Volleyball und macht eine Ausbildung zum Krankenpfleger. Lea studiert MuK im Master an der MLU, schaut gern Reality TV und engagiert sich in einer feministischen Gruppe. Solveigh arbeitet als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der MLU. Meistens ist sie zwei bis drei Tage pro Woche in Halle und Dienstagabend ruft der Gospelchor, wenn sie in der Stadt ist.
In der WG gab es bisher eine entspannte Mischung aus gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und alle haben ihre Ruhe, wenn sie wollen. Wenn es sich ergibt wird abends mal zusammen gekocht oder im Flur gequatscht.
Bis jetzt hatten alle eher unterschiedliche Essgewohnheiten, weshalb bis auf Gewürze & Co alle für sich selbst eingekauft haben.
Außerdem gibt es einen Putzplan um die Wohnung entspannt sauber zu halten. :)
Since Pia is unfortunately moving out, we are looking for a new roommate. Haroon, Lea and Solveigh currently live in the shared flat. Haroon enthusiastically plays soccer and volleyball and is training to become a nurse. Lea is studying MuK for her Master's degree at MLU, enjoys watching reality TV and is involved in a feminist group. Solveigh works as a research assistant at MLU. She is usually in Halle two or three days a week, if she's there on tuesdays she is singing with a gospel choir.
In the shared flat, there has been a relaxed mix of joint activities and peace and quiet for everyone if they want to. If it arises, we cook together in the evening or have a chat in the hallway.
So far, everyone has had rather different eating habits, which is why, apart from spices and the like, everyone has done their own shopping.
There is also a cleaning plan to keep everyone happy and the flat clean :)
Es gibt einen Zugang zum Dach auf dem man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann! ☀️
Es gibt keine Kaution zu zahlen, aber da wir den Grundriss gerade neu berechnen, kann es sein, dass sich noch was am Mietpreis ändert - in dem sind aber schon alle Nebenkosten eingerechnet.
Eventuell wird Lea in den nächsten Wochen auch ausziehen, dann wird noch ein weiteres Zimmer (ca. 20qm) frei.
Pia würde gerne ihr schönes und sehr gemütliches Schlafsofa gegen 70 Euro da lassen bei Interesse.

There is access to the roof from where you can watch the sunset! ☀️
There is no deposit to pay, but as we are currently recalculating the floor plan, there may be some changes to the rental price - which already includes all additional costs.
Lea may also be moving out in the next few weeks - and another room (approx. 20 square metres) will become available.
Pia would be happy to leave her beautiful and very cosy sofa bed for 70 euros if you are interested.
