A new built apartment complex in quiet residential place.

This big Flat has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (all equipped with showers and bathtub in one of it), 1 laundry room, and big area of living room, kitchen, and dining space. It has a basement storage area & bicycle storage.

My bedroom is well equiped with double bed, cupboard, working space with big desk, monitor, and proper chair. I also have a lounge chair in my cozy corner.

This is a newly built apartment, with great insulation and beautiful surrounding.
Located in walking distance from Stadtpark Hamburg.
This apartment also have supermarket that accessible from the basement parking area.

We are people who currently busy with our job, and 1 of us currently taking a PhD while working.

Once in a while we love to have brunch at home together on the weekend, or watch a movie in our living room. Playing a board game or Nintendo Switch is also our favourite things to do.
We do that when we all have the capacity and energy to doing so, because we also understand that people do need their own time and space with themselves.

In a short: we know how to do the fun things, but also we know boundaries.
