My room has 1 double bed, 1 cupboard, 1 lounge chair in the cozy corner, and home office area with 1 big desk, monitor, desk lamp, office chair, that you could freely use.

The big window in the room will facing small garden and the center of the apartment.

This big Flat has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (all equipped with showers and bathtub in one of it), 1 laundry room, and big area of living room, kitchen, and dining space.

This is a newly built apartment, with great insulation and beautiful surrounding.
Located in walking distance from Stadtpark Hamburg.
This apartment also have supermarket that accessible from the basement parking area.

3 minutes walk to the gym.

We are people who currently busy with our job, and 1 of us currently taking a PhD while working.
We are coming from diverse nationality and we respect each other.
Once in a while we love to have brunch at home together on the weekend, or watch a movie in our living room. Playing a board game or Nintendo Switch is also our favourite things to do.
We do that when we all have the capacity and energy to doing so, because we also understand that people do need their own time and space with themselves.

In a short: we know how to do the fun things, but also we know boundaries.

I will be away from Dec to Feb 25, that’s why I would like to sublet my room to the responsible person out there who could keep it clean.
