Moin, da mein Mitbewohner Ende des Jahres auszieht, biete hiermit ein WG-Zimmer an der Holstenstraße an. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m², die Wohnung ca. 60 m².
Dazu kommt ein Kellerabteil, indem reichlich Platz ist.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 2-3 Minuten von den Bushaltestellen Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte) und Thadenstraße (West) entfernt. Die S-Bahn Holstenstraße und Reeperbahn jeweils ca. 10 Minuten. Ebenfalls findet sich 2 Minuten von hier ein Edeka, Aldi, Budni, Biomarkt und diverse Lokale.
Zu mir: Ich bin Nelson, 27 Jahre alt und in meinem letzten Studienjahr. Zwar bin ich im Normalfall nicht allzu oft zu Hause, genieße jedoch ein gemeinsames Miteinander in der WG. Mein bisheriger Mitbewohner zog sich allerdings auch gerne mal zurück, was ich ebenfalls respektiere und kein großes Problem mit habe.
Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner biete ebenfalls seine Möble an, falls darin Bedarf besteht.

Hello, since my roommate is moving out at the end of the year, I am offering a room in a shared flat on Holstenstraße. The room is approx. 20 m², the apartment approx. 60 m².
There is also a cellar compartment with plenty of space.
The apartment is approx. 2-3 minutes from the bus stops Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte) and Thadenstraße (West). The S-Bahn Holstenstraße and Reeperbahn are both approx. 10 minutes away. There is also an Edeka, Aldi, Budni, organic market and various restaurants 2 minutes away.
About me: I'm Nelson, 27 years old and in my last year of university. Although I'm not normally at home too often, I enjoy living together in a shared flat. However, my previous flatmate liked to withdraw from time to time, which I also respect and don't have a big problem with.
My current flatmate is also offering his furniture if there is a need for it.
