Das Zimmer, welches ich vermiete ist ca 18 qm groß, es verfügt über ein Großes Fenster mit Blick über die Dächer von Hamburg. Das Zimmer beinhaltet einen großen Kleiderschrank mit 4 Türen, bei Bedarf einen Nachtschrank, TV der an der Wand montiert ist. Das Zimmer ist bei Bezug so gut wie leer. Bis auf die von mir oben angegebenen Gegenstände
Wir befinden uns ziemlich mittig von Altona. Zum Altona Bhf sind es 10 min Fußweg, die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ikea Altona ist in 5 min erreichbar, sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Elbe ist in ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ich bin Laura 35 Jahre alt und habe mich 2022 dazu entschieden meine Wohnung zu teilen. Nun zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus und ich suche eine Nachfolgerin. Manchmal ist es einfach schön, nachhause zu kommen und zu wissen, dass jemand da ist. Ich suche eine lebensfrohe, offene und kommunikative Mitbewohnerin, die vielleicht auch mal lust hat auf nen gemeinsamen kochabend oder auch einfach mal die ruhe des anderen schätzt. Ich bin auch sehr viel bei meinem Freund, somit hättest du aufjedenfall auch deine zeit für dich alleine und kannst dich in der Wohnung frei entfalten.
