Hi there,
I am letting a partly furnished room as a temporary tenancy from 1st April until the end of September. It is a bright room with two large windows and a glass door to the balcony.
In the room there is a television, a sofa bed, an armchair and a shelf.

The kitchen is fully equipped and in the bathroom (with bathtub with whirlpoolfunction) there is a washing machine.

Non-smoking flat without pets!

The room is facing the street, the windows are double glazed.

Utilities are included in the rent of €685.

Great central location, in the centre of Ottensen - Hamburg nicest and arty neighbourhood. Cinemas, concert venues and other cultural facilities such as theatres in the immediate vicinity.
Nearby is a Rewe supermarket and an Alnatura.
The Ottensen S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away, Altona railway station is a 15-minute walk.
The Altonaer Balkon is also within easy reach.

I am a vegetarian.

Life in the flat is mostly laid back, but ideally there should be a friendly vibe with whoever stayes. Things are kept clean although we do normally have a cleaning plan.

The neighbours are nice and quiet. This is not a party flat share.
