Da ich Hamburg für den letzten Teil meiner klinischen Ausbildung bis ende Mai verlassen muss, steht mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und hat ein eigenes anliegendes 8 m² großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Die ganze Wohnung hat 160qm, wobei alle Zimmer vom Flur / dem Wohnzimmer abgehen.
Das Zimmer ist etwas abgelegener vom Rest der Wohnung und geht zum Park raus, was es ein bisschen ruhiger und abgelegener macht.
Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet, hat ein 160 × 200 cm großes Bett, zwei große Bücherregale, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und sogar einen Beamer, mit dem du dir abends einen Film anschauen kannst.
Since I’ll be leaving Hamburg for the final part of my clinical training until the end of May, my room will be available during that time.
The room is 16 m² in size and comes with its own private bathroom (about 8 m²) that includes both a shower and a bathtub.
It’s a bit more separate from the rest of the apartment and faces the park, which makes it quieter and a bit more private.
The room is fully furnished and includes a 160×200 cm bed, two large bookshelves, a desk, a wardrobe, and even a projector – perfect for cozy movie nights.
Die Wohnung liegt in Hamburg-Barmbek, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtpark entfernt – perfekt zum Joggen, Spazieren oder im Sommer entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, ALDI, DM etc.) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Cafés und Bäcker. Die U3 (Barmbek) und die S1/S11 sind beide schnell erreichbar – du bist also super angebunden in alle Richtungen (City, Uni, Flughafen etc.).
Zur Schanze sind es nur 12 Minuten.
The apartment is located in Hamburg-Barmbek, just a few minutes’ walk from the Stadtpark – perfect for jogging, walks, or just relaxing in the sun. Supermarkets (REWE, ALDI, DM etc.), cafés and bakeries are all close by. Public transport is excellent: the U3 (Barmbek) and S1/S11 are just around the corner, giving you quick access to the city center, university, airport, and more.
The Schanze district is only 12 minutes away.
Die Wohngemeinschaft besteht aus Klara (Psychologin), Uzzi (macht irgendwas technisches) und Andi der Ernährungsberater ist.
Die drei sind auch erst im April eingezogen und würden sich daher freuen, jemanden zu haben, der sich sozial ein bisschen einbringen kann. Das ist aber kein Muss.
Alle kommen gut und freundschaftlich miteinander aus, kochen gerne oder gehen gemeinsam etwas trinken.
Uzzi hat bereits die grosse Couch und den Beamer im Wohnzimmer getestet und ist begeistert.
The flat is shared with Klara (a psychologist), Uzzi (works in tech – dont quite me on that), and Andi, a nutritionist.
The three of them just moved in this April and would love to have someone who’s open to socializing a bit – though it’s definitely not a requirement.
Everyone gets along really well, enjoys cooking together, or going out for a drink now and then.
Uzzi has already tested the big couch and the projector in the living room – and gives it a thumbs-up.
Falls ihr etwas früher oder später einziehen möchtet, dann lasst es mich gerne wissen, da bin ich sehr flexibel.
Denkt bitte daran, dass dieses Zimmer nur vorübergehend zur Verfügung steht.
