Die anderen beiden Zimmer der Wohnung bewohne ich mit meiner Freundin. Das Zimmer liegt im Komponistenviertel am Anfang der Flotowstraße im 3. Stock. Das Fenster hat die Aussicht ins Grüne nach hinten zur Westseite.
Der Raum kann vorzugsweise als Büro oder auch als Hobby- oder Lagerraum genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer soll NICHT als normal genutztes WG-Zimmer vermietet werden.
Der Preis kann verhandelbar sein.
Besichtigungen sind möglich.

I am renting a room of 15 square meters in a 3-room apartment of 80 square meters, which was previously used as an office by a lady. I live in the other two rooms in the apartment with my boyfriend. The room is located in the komponistenviertel at the beginning of Flotowstrasse on the 3rd floor. The window has a view of the greenery to the west side.
The room can preferably be used as an office or as a hobby or storage room.
The room should NOT be rented out as a normally used shared room.
The price can be negotiable.
