Briefly about the flat: 2,5 rooms, 3rd floor without lift in a quiet old building with 2,70 meter high cieling, lots of light, spaciuos entrance hall. Shared bathroom (towels included) with shower and toilet. Shared kitchen fully equiped with all machinery, 2 chairs and a tabel. I live in the living room with balcony – while I’m travelling for professional reasons be invited to fully use the living room for yourself (more on that as we talk). Additional facts: Huge Double-bed (2,30 x 2,20 meters, blanket, pillows and duvet covers included if you like), huge cupboard, chest of drawers. And desk and chair if you like we could arrange, all in your room. Big washing machine in the apartment (iron and ironing board too, vacuum cleaner), plus utilities like highspeed WIFI (100 Mbit), electricity, heating (bills included). The kitchen providing super automatic coffee machine and all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Of course all sorts of herbs, teas and other basic things you will also find – lean back and enjoy your cup of tea or a freshly brewed espresso. Just bring your suitcases and you’re set. You will love having your home in this old, internally modern and bright 2,5-room flat!

Details: As a first step, I’m happy to share my beloved flat with you from 1st of octobre – till dicembre 31st 2024 or january, 31st 2025 (for a start). Location Approx. Adress: Reyesweg, 22081 Hamburg. 10 minutes walking to S-Bahn „Friedrichsberg“, bringing you in approx. 10-15 minutes to both, central station and airport. Of course buses and carsharing cares closer all around. Supermarkets, discounters and other shops & restaurants 5-10 minutes walking. Lots of green, canals quite close for running, walks or canoe and kayaking, quiet neighborhood. High quality of life in my perception enjoying living here for a few years now.
