Das Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß. Am Anfang hat es einen kleinen „Flur“, wo sich noch eine kleine Wandgarderobe befindet. Der Balkon geht von der Küche ab. Den Schrank würde ich am liebsten drinnen lassen für die Zeit, wenn du aber lieber deinen eigenen stuff hast lässt sich das auch anders regeln :)

In der Jarrestraße findet man alles direkt vor der Tür: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Kampnagel etc. Der 17 und 172 fahren auch direkt vor der Tür, bis U-Bahn Saarlandstraße sind es auch nur 5 min zu Fuß.

Ich bin Lenja (21) und studiere Soziale Arbeit. Ich bin gerne und viel unterwegs, hab aber auch gerne mal Leute hier, trotzdem keine Party-WG. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein nettes Miteinander, da mir das Alleine Wohnen doch etwas zu ruhig ist und ich wieder Lust auf ne nette WG habe :) Mir ist Kommunikation und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Gibt aber auch ne Geschirrspülmaschine, die einiges an Arbeit abnimmt :)

Ich suche bevorzugt nach einer Flinta*-Person, ist aber kein Ausschlusskriterium wenn du‘s nicht bist. Der Zeitraum ist erstmal befristet, wenn aber alles passt und die Hausverwaltung es genehmigt, kannste hier vielleicht auch länger wohnen bleiben, bei dem Zeitraum bin ich auf jeden Fall auch etwas flexibel. Und schick mir gerne dein instagram :)
