Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er Mädels WG idealerweise ab dem 01.02. 🥰 Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Zimmer und auch sonst die Wohnung komplett möbliert. Das Bett auf den Bildern tausche ich die Tage in ein 1,40m x 2m Bett aus (ist auf einigen Bildern mittlerweile drauf). Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischcontainer, Schreibtischstuhl, Spiegel und einem Regal. Außerdem ist es ausgestattet mit Gardienen, einem Teppich, einem Wäschekorb, einem Nachttisch, einer Pflanze und Wanddeko (Bilder und Spiegel). Neben zwei Schlafzimmern umfasst die Wohnung eine Küche, ein Bad, einen Flur und eine Anstellkammer. Ausgestattet ist sie mit alles was man für den Alltag benötigt z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirr, Töpfe, Küchenutensilien, Küchengeräten (Air Fryer, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichmaker, Mixer, Sandwich maker), Bügeleisen, Werkzeug uvm.

I'm looking for a roommate for my 2 girls flat share from ideally 01.02.25 on 🥰 As you can see in the pictures, the room and the apartment is fully furnished. I will change the bed in the pictures to a 1,40m x 2m bed in the next days (on some pictures you can already see it). The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, desk container, desk chair, mirror and a shelf. It is also equipped with curtains, a carpet, a laundry basket, a bedside table, a plant and wall decorations (pictures and mirrors). In addition to two bedrooms, the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and a utility room. It is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, pots, kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances (air fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, sandwich maker), iron, tools and much more.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock nahe der UBahn Mundsburg (12min zufuß), alternativ fahren auch mehrere Buslinien quasi vor der Haustür. Die Gegend ist trotzdem nicht allzu trubelig und Abends fühle ich mich immer sehr sicher. Die Alster ist ebefalls fußläufig innerhalb von 15min erreichbar 🌊

The apartment is located on the 4th floor near the Mundsburg subway station (12min walk), alternatively there are several bus lines practically on the doorstep. The area is still not too busy and I always feel very safe in the evenings. The Alster is also within 15 minutes walking distance 🌊
Ich selbst beginne meinen Master im April und arbeite aktuell noch Vollzeit bei About You. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne spazieren und bin generell einfach gerne Unterwegs (Sport, Konzerte, Festivals, Essen gehen - lieb ich alles). Ansonsten mache ich gerne kreative Sachen z.B. malen oder nähen :) Außerdem lieb ich es zu reisen und dabei neue Länder und Kulturen kennenzulernen 🌎
Generell bin ich eine sehr entspannte Mitbewohnerin. Meiner Meinung nach ist alles mit Kommunikation lösbar, daher ist es mir wichtig, dass du kommunikativ und offen bist ☺️ Für gemeinsam Spaziergänge oder Kochabende bin ich sehr zu haben 🍷

I'm starting my Master's degree in April and am currently still working full-time at About You. In my free time, I like to go for walks and generally just enjoy being out and about (sports, concerts, festivals, eating out - I love it all). Apart from that I like to do creative things like painting or sewing :) I also love to travel and get to know new cultures 🌎
In general, I am a very chilled roommate. In my opinion, everything can be solved with communication, so it is important to me that you are communicative and open ☺️ I am very happy to go for walks or cook together 🍷
