Die Wohnung bietet auf 75 qm zwei Zimmer, ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Anbauflächen. Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 15 qm groß und der Rest der Wohnung steht natürlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung offen.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro monatlich, inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, Internet und mehr. Eine Kaution von 1050 Euro ist erforderlich.

I am looking for a new flatmate for our bright and well-equipped shared apartment in Bramfeld, Hamburg, starting next year. The apartment offers 75 sqm of living space, including two rooms, an open living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with seating areas and space for planting. Your room would be approximately 15 sqm, and the rest of the apartment is, of course, available for shared use.
The rent is €500 per month, including all utilities such as electricity, gas, internet, and more. A deposit of €1050 is required.
Bramfeld is an up-and-coming small town that is currently still poorly connected by public transport.
It's a 50-minute bus ride from the front door to the city or 45 minutes by bus and train.
Next to us, an 8-minute walk away, is a Kaufland and a shopping center is a 15-minute walk away.

Bramfeld ist ein aufstrebender kleiner Ort der im Moment noch schlecht mit den Öffis angebunden ist.
Von der Haustür bis in die Stadt sind es 50 min Bus fahren und oder 45 mit Bus & Bahn.
Neben uns, in 8 Minuten Fußweg, ist ein Kaufland und in 15 Minuten Fußweg befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum.

Although my job as a software developer has brought me to Hamburg, I prefer to spend my free time outdoors - be it climbing, hiking or camping.
