Hai,
leider wurde mir kurzfristig „abgesagt“, das Zimmer kann zu sofort bezogen werden!
Das helle Zimmer hat ein großes Metallbett (140 x 200 cm), 2 Kommoden mit 8 Schubfächern, ein rotes Schlafsofa und einen weißen Kleiderschrank.
Beim Mietzeitraum bin ich flexibel, Minimum 3 Monate!
Bettutensilien, Handtücher usw kann ich natürlich kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und hat 2 Balkone, der schöne Garten hinterm Haus wird von den Anwohnern genutzt und die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Im Winter wird in der Küche geraucht, im Sommer auf dem großen Balkon mit Lounge. :-)
Zur S-Bahn "Hasselbrook" läufst du ca. 5 Min und dann bist du in 7 Min am Hauptbahnhof.
Außerdem ist die U-Bahn Station "Hammer Kirche" und "Wandsbeker Chaussee" in der Nähe (ca. 10 Min. Fußweg)!
Der sehr schöne "Hammer Park" ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur über die Straße laufen und du bist in einer anderen Welt!
