Das Zimmer gemütlich und in ruhiger lage in den Innenhof. Es ist möbliert, nach Absprache ist alles möglich. (Bett und schrank etc. ist vorhanden)
Es gibt eine Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer was allerdings auch als Tätowier Zimmer genutzt wird.
Außerdem gibt es einen balkon der nach süden zeigt und den ganzen Tag sonne hat.

Die wohnung liegt super zentral. Die S1 ist 5 geh Minuten entfernt. Die U1 ist ca 8 Minuten gehweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Cafés und Parks gibt es zu genüge.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin ins Ausland geht suche ich nach jemand nettem der lust hat auf ein entspanntes zusammen leben mit mir und meiner Katze Lady. Ich arbeite viel von zuhause aus, bin aber auch oft beruflich auf Reisen. Alle Räumen sind gemeinschaftlich zu nutzbar außer natürlich dein eigenes Zimmer :)
Besuch ist kein Problem. Ich freu mich wenn alles entspannt und harmonisch ist.
Ich ernähre mich vegan und würd mir wünschen das kein Fleisch ins haus kommt.
Mir ist es wichtig das du dich zuhause fühlst und alles entspannt ist. Gays and Girls preferred!!
