wunderschönes helles Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken und Fensterfront, mit Blick auf den grünen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist momentan noch als Esszimmer eingerichtet (siehe 1.Foto) wird dann aber zum 15.7 mit einem Schreibtisch, Bettgestell und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Es ist noch Platz für kleine, selbstmitgebrachte Möbel :)
Die Wohnung ist direkt zu Fuß (1 min.) an das U-Bahnnetz (U2) angeschlossen.
Man kann ganz Eimsbüttel zu Fuß erkunden und auch innerhalb 15-20 min zu Fuß in die Schanze laufen.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG. Du würdest mit Mika (29, selbstständig) wohnen. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildschirm und Sofa steht euch beiden zur Benutzung frei, sowie die Küche samt Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich ganz zwanglos, jeder hat seine Routine/Alltag ist aber ist auch offen für gemeinsame Zeit sollte sich das ergeben.
