Herzlich Willkommen in deiner neuen WG im pulsierenden Hamburg-Eimsbüttel!

Die 98 m2 Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Altbaus von 1902 und wurde vor Kurzem umfangreich saniert, d.h. du kannst dich auf frisch abgeschliffenen Dielenboden, zwei nagelneue Badezimmer, z.T. abgehängte Decken mit stylischen LED-Spots, eine neue Küche, frisch gestrichene Wände und vieles mehr freuen.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 2 Badezimmern, Flur und Küche. Zwei der Zimmer haben einen tollen Balkon, auf dem das Feierabend-Bier besonders gut schmeckt.

Aktuell suchen wir für den 1. August einen neuen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin für das schönste Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat insgesamt 18 m2 inkl. eines über 10 m2 großen Eckbalkons, der exklusiv nur von dem Zimmer aus zugänglich ist. Das Zimmer bekommt ganz viel Sonne und liegt nach vorne raus. Kaltmiete 880 Euro pro Monat zzgl. EUR 50,-- Nebenkostenvorauszahlung zzgl. EUR 20,-- für die Einbauküche.

The apartment has roughly 100m2 and is on the first floor of a beautiful old building. The apartment has recently been renovated and you can look forward to new bathrooms, beautiful wooden floors, a new kitchen, freshly painted walls and ceilings with LED-spots.

The apartment has five rooms, two bathrooms, the corridor and a kitchen. Two of the rooms have wonderful balconies, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.

We are looking for a tenant for the most beatiful 18m2 large room (including a more than 10m2 large balcony). The rent is EUR 880,-- plus EUR 50,-- advance payment for utilities plus EUR 20,-- for the kitchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung kann man nur als perfekt bezeichnen: Zur U-Bahnstation Osterstrasse sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie z.B. Supermärkte (Penny, Edeka), Apotheken, Cafés etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, oder sind bequem nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Die Fahrtzeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der nächstgelegeneren Ubahn in die Innenstadt (Gänsemarkt) beträgt 10 Minuten, bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof 12 Minute.

ENGLISH - LOCATION:
The location of the apartment can only be described as stunning: The subways station Osterstrasse is less than five minutes away by foot, supermarkets (Penny, Edeka), pharmacies, doctors, bakeries, coffee shops are also very close by or even in the building.

It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center with the subway and 12 minutes to go to the main train station.

Es handelt sich um eine 5er WG, die aktuell aus einem Spanier, zwei Franzosen und einem Deutschen besteht. Wir haben einen Studenten und drei berufstätige Mitbewohner.

Hinsichtlich des Geschlechts und der Nationalität sind wir vollkommen offen.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION:
The WG consists of two French, one Spanish and one German flatmate.

Clément kommt aus Frankreich und wohnt im Zimmer nebenan. Er ist der älteste Mitbewohner der WG und arbeitet bei einem Airbus-Tochterunternehmen. Er macht relativ viel Homeoffice.
Maxime ist ebenfalls Franzose, er ist im Außendienst und viel unterwegs.
Victor ist Spanier und spielt bei den Hamburger Sinfonikern mit. Er übt allerdings nicht zu Hause, das ist ja bestimmte die Frage, die sich da aufdrängt…😊
Kenno ist neu und ist Student. Er arbeitet nebenbei auf 450 Euro-Basis für ein Hostessen-Unternehmen, welches Großveranstaltungen beliefert, ist glaube ich auch bei der EM im Dauereinsatz.

Three of the four flatmates are working, plus we have one university student. We would be open to welcome students (male or female) from all nationalities well.
