In unserer WG wird kurzfristig ein Zimmer für 3 WOCHEN frei. Zusätzlich zum Zimmer hat unsere Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche, alles mit ganz viel Liebe von meiner Mitbewohnerin (Micky, 26, Künstlerin) eingerichtet 💫.
Die Einzugs- und Auszugstermine sind flexibel und können verhandelt werden. Allerdings handelt es sich ausschließlich um eine ZWISCHENMIETE und um kein langfristiges Mietverhältnis.
Die Wohnung ist top gelegen im schönen Eimsbüttel, (fast) direkt am Isebekkanal. Uni und Schanze liegen in nächster Nähe und mit der Nähe zur U2 & U3 ist man auch sonst perfekt angebunden.
Das Gebäude ist ein wunderschöner denkmalgeschützter Rotklinker in der Schlankreye.
Unsere WG ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir verbringen viel Zeit zusammen, gucken Filme, kochen, basteln oder gehen was trinken.
