ich suche ab August einen Mitbewohner, die Miete ist 620€, inklusive Strom, Heizung, Kabel, Wasser, W-lan. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und hat ein Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist in der Marthastrasse, einer ruhigen Strasse in Eimsbüttel, an der Grenze zum Schanzenviertel.
Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zum U-Bahnhof Christuskirche, Sternschanze und zu diversen Buslinien. Penny, Edeka, Aldi, Budni, etc. sind direkt um die Ecke. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man mit der U-Bahn 8 Minuten.
Das Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung ist etwa 20 qm groß. Ich bin öfter nicht in Hamburg, freue mich sonst aber über ein gemeinsames Feierabendbier o.Ä.
