Hi,
das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und liegt zum Hinterhof raus, es ist also sehr ruhig.
Holzboden, Stuck und ein großes Fenster hast du auch.
Ingesamt hat die Wohnung noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und an an der Küche ist auch ein großer Balkon, wo man gut abends zusammen sitzen kann.
Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten vom Eppendorfermarktplatz entfernt, Edeka, Rewe, DM, Budni und Penny ist alles nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das UKE und sämtliche Bushaltestellen findest du ebenso quasi direkt vor der Türe. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle ist die Kellinghusen Straße (10 Minuten entfernt).
Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nahe am Eppendorferbaum, man kann also gemütlich zum Isemarkt laufen.
Wir sind Kyra (22) und Alva (24).
Kyra wohnt schon etwas länger hier und studiert im Bachelor Wirtschaftspsychologie. Im April fängt sie ihr Praktikum an und wird erstmal in Vollzeit dort arbeiten.
Alva wohnt seit Oktober hier und studiert Soziologie im Master, arbeitet nebenbei noch im Personalbereich.
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Leo jetzt mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht suchen wir jemand neues.
Wir gehen beide gerne zum Sport, raus und für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee und Schnack in der Küche ist auch meistens Zeit :).
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf die von 660€ und pro Monat 10€ für das WLAN.
Es gibt keine Kaution.
Das Zimmer ist außerdem nicht möbliert. Ein Schrank kann aber übernommen werden.
Außerdem könnte es sein das das Zimmer auch auf lange Sicht unbefristet übernommen werden kann, das wird sich aber erst im Sommer herausstellen.
