The location is well-connected. The Landwehr S-bahn (S1) is a 10-minute walk, and the Berliner Tor S-bahn and U-bahn stations are a 15-minute walk. Burgstraße U2 is an 8-minute walk. Bus number 25 is a 5-minute walk. There’s a Penny no more than a 4-minute walk, nearby green spaces and parks, and several local cafes, like Maria’s Cafe.

It is a queer and BIPoC friendly living space. The flat will be shared with 1 female person and her dog, a loving and entertaining poodle. The ideal flatmate would be someone who is a working professional, easygoing, clean, and likes dogs.

The room is a sublet and available for 4 months (1st May to 1st September), with a possibility for an extension after a discussion at the beginning of June. This WG is specifically for someone who does not need an Anmeldung. However should an extension be granted, registration would be possible after the beginning of June.
