Hey,
ich suche ab sofort eine Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung in Hamm.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, ist super hell und hat den direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Es ist außerdem unmöbiliert.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 58qm groß, hat 2,5 Zimmer und liegt im 3. OG, weshalb die ganze Wohnung eigentlich super hell ist.
Das Zimmer würde mit allem Drum und Dran (Internet, Strom, Wasser etc.) bei ca. 450 Euro liegen.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Die S-Bahn Station Hasselbrook ist ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, genauso wie verschiedene Bushaltestellen (X35, 116 etc.) und auch zur U-Bahn (Hammer Kirche, Wandsbeker Chaussee) läuft man nur ca. 10-15 Minuten.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in nicht mal 10 Minuten.
In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Parks, wie z.B. der Hammer Park (5 Minuten) und auch zum Eilbekkanal ist es nicht weit.
Außerdem gibt es super viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch zum Wandsbek Markt (Quarree) ist es nicht weit.
Ich bin Marie (21) und bin momentan im letzten Jahr meiner Ausbildung.
Ich bin nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zwecks-WG, sondern würde mich sehr freuen, wenn man auch mal was zusammen unternehmen kann. Wie z.B. gemeinsames Kochen, sapzieren gehen, zusammen was trinken oder auch mal nen Film zu schauen, etc.
