The room is around 17 qm and has a 5 qm Balkon toward south west, which makes it pretty sunny. There are some furniture in the room such as a double bed, wardrobe and some side boards. However it is preferred that you come with your own furniture, but if you don't have furniture in any case, you can pay 350 euros for the current ones. They are not old and in a good situation.
Kitchen is around 18 qm and has a table, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. I will slowly as stuff to the kitchen though.

The flat is located around 7 minutes by walk to the Heimfeld S-Bahn and not far from TUHH. There are a Penny and some Spätis around as well as dönner shops.

I am working fulltime and leave home at 6 am and come back around 6 pm. Therefore I prefer not to have a party WG.
The kitchen is pretty big and possible to sit there in a weekend night and drink wine together, it is not a must though, however having some social life makes the atmosphere better.
Respect is the most important thing in the flat, cleanness to some degree as well, but not as a cleaning freak :D

For the 'Untermietvertrag' having a Schufa (request now) is essential from the landlord side.
Initially the room is available for 6 months. (Dec 1st 2024 till end of May 2025). There is a possibility of longer stay though.
