Das Zimmer ist in einer 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof. Es ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen).
Auch die Küche ist bereits möbliert mit Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfen und Besteck. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

The room is in a 2-room old building flat on the 1st floor of an apartment building and is very quietly located facing the backyard. It is fully furnished with bed, desk, chair and wardrobe (as seen in the photos).
The kitchen is also already furnished with washing mashine, crockery, pots and cutlery.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind der Bus 5/25 und die Ubahn-linie U3 zu erreichen. Zur Universität Hamburg sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, in die Innenstadt 15 Minuten. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Cafes und Geschäfte sind fußläufig entfernt.

The flat is located in a quiet residential street. The 5/25 bus and the U3 underground line are just a few minutes' walk away. It is 10 minutes by bus to the University of Hamburg and 15 minutes to the city centre. Severals supermarkets, cafes and shops are within walking distance.
Zurzeit wohnt eine Studentin aus Vietnam in dem anderen Zimmer und studiert an der Uni Hamburg.
Sie arbeitet neben dem Studium.

At the moment, a young woman from Vietnam is living in the other room and is studying at the university of Hamburg and working part time.
Die Fixmiete beträgt 500€ monatlich. Darin sind sämtliche Kosten wie zb auch für Wlan enthalten. Eine Kaution von 500€ ist gewünscht. Die Mietdauer ist auf 31.03.2025 befristet mit Option auf Verlängerung. Details können wir gerne bei einem ersten Zoom-Meeting zum Kennenlernen besprechen.
