U2 Horner Rennbahn in ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Penny ca 2 Minuten entfernt. Apotheke, Lotto/Post und auch ein Hausarzt sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich wohne hier zusammen mit meiner Hündin (Labrador-Schäferhund Mix). Du solltest daher Angst- und Allergiefrei sein. Meinen Job führe ich zu 50 % im Homeoffice aus, weshalb ich jemanden suche die im besten Fall weniger im Homeoffice arbeitet. Gerne auch Studentinnen. Küche und Bad kannst du natürlich vollständig mitbenutzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht mitbenutzbar, da dies auch mein Arbeitszimmer ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, daher brauchst du nichts mitbringen. Es gibt zudem einen Keller, in dem noch ausreichend Platz ist. Gerne können wir auch mal was zusammen unternehmen, finde ich schöner und angenehmer als eine reine Hallo und Tschüss Beziehung. Alles weitere können wir gerne persönlich besprechen.
