• Die Matratze + Topper im Bett sind neu.
• Du bist Nichtraucher/in und hast keine Tiere
• Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt

In der Nähe gibt es fußläufig eigentlich alle Läden die man braucht, zum Beispiel:

- EKZ Hamburg Horn (600m) (Budni, Penny, Edeka, Dominos Pizza, Haspa, DHL, KiK, Asia Restaurant, Türkisches Restaurant, usw.)
Vor unserer Haustür fahren direkt die Busse 161, 261, 600, 562, die zur U2 fahren, die Horner Rennbahn erreicht man aber auch schnell mit dem Fahrrad oder in ner Viertel Stunde zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe auch Moia, WeShare und ShareNow.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es auch einen kleinen Park, außerdem kommt man entspannt zu den Parks Horner Rennbahn und Öjendorfer See.

The buses 161, 261, 600, 561, which go to the U2, run right outside our front door, but the Horner Rennbahn can also be reached quickly by bike or in 15 minutes by foot. There are also Moia, WeShare and ShareNow nearby.
There is also a small park on the opposite side of the street, as well as easy access to the Horner Rennbahn and Öjendorfer See parks.
Aktuell leben in der WG:
Marzi (24): Marzi studiert International Business Sustainability Management und kennt gefühlt jedes Café und jede Bar in Hamburg. Sie ist ein sehr extrovertierter Mensch und liebt Katzen über alles.
Zeynep (21): Zeynep studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und bringt jede Menge gute Laune in die WG. Sie ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, von Spieleabend bis Kochnachmittag ist sie bei allem sofort dabei
Katie (26): Katie hat Psychologie studiert, kocht gern, geht ins Fitnessstudio und liebt Hunde. Sie unterhält sich gern und hat viel Humor.
Da Marzi aktuell noch Deutsch lernt, reden wir in der WG hauptsächlich auf Englisch. Dein Englisch muss absolut nicht perfekt sein, es sollte für dich nur kein Hindernis sein die meiste Zeit auf Englisch zu reden :)

Right now we are:
Marzi (24): Marzi is studying International Business Sustainability Management and it feels like she knows every café and bar in Hamburg. She is a very extroverted person and loves cats more than anything.
Zeynep (21): Zeynep is studying industrial engineering and brings a lot of good humor to the flat share. She's always up for a bit of fun, from games nights to cooking afternoons, she's always up for anything.
Katie (26): Katie studied Psychology and enjoys cooking, going to the gym and absolutely loves dogs. She enjoys having a good chat and joking around.
As Marzi is still learning German, we mainly speak English in the shared flat.
