Vermietet wird ein möbliertes Schlafzimmer, wo aber auch noch ein Schreibtisch Platz finden würde (siehe Bilder). Die Kommode wird nicht mehr vorhanden sein. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer einen großen Ess/Schreibtisch sowie eine Couch, Beamer und einen Balkon. Die Nutzung des Wohnzimmers ist in der Miete drin.
Die Wohnung liegt in Horn mit einer entspannten Nähe zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Budni, Bank, Bäcker etc.) alles ca. 5-10min zu Fuß. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Ich persönlich fahr viel Rad und es dauert ca. 15-20min zum Berliner Tor.
Ich lebe in dieser Wohnung seit fast 7 Jahren und bin sehr happy hier. Arbeitsbedingt werde ich in den kommenden Monaten nicht viel in HH sein und suche deshalb jemanden, der in dieser Zeit was in Hamburg sucht und sich über eine voll möblierte Wohnung freut und Lust hat, sie sich mit jemandem zu teilen.
Mir wäre es sehr wichtig, dass es persönlich gut passt und deshalb präferiere ich ein persönliches Kennenlernen. Wenn das nicht geht, wäre auch eine online Besichtigung möglich.
