Hi, ich biete ab dem 01.07.2024 bis zum 31.08.2024 für 2 Monate ein Zimmer in meiner derzeitigen Wohnung an. Da ich ab dem 01.07.2024 umziehe, biete ich während der Kündigungsfrist (3 Monate) ein Zimmer an. Ich selbst werde größtenteils in der neuen Wohnung leben und regelmäßig meine Sachen abholen. Ab und zu muss ich auch "Wohnungsinteressenten" in die Wohnung lassen und daher auch in seltenen Fällen in das vermietete Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 14,62 qm groß und möbliert ( Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank ).

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der S-Bahn Station Iserbrook. Diese ist zu Fuß in max 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Busstation, die diekt an der S Bahn Station liegt.
Der Nachtbus stoppt direkt vor der Haustür, was ziemlich für nachtaktive Mitmenschen von Vorteil sein dürfte.
Wenn man aus dem angebotenen Zimmerfenster herausblickt, sieht man einen Hauch von urbanem Leben, zumal die Wohnung direkt neben der Landstraße und einer S-Bahn Station liegt.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spatzieren und Joggen. Viele Feld- und Naturschutzgebiete kann man zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Es gibt ein Aldi und ein Lidl, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minten entfernt, wo ich selber auch immer einkaufe. Direkt hinter der Wohnung befindet sich in der Seitenstraße Heidrehmen, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß ein kleines Edeka, welches aber weniger Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet als Lidl oder Aldi. Alternativ gibt es noch auf der anderen Straßenseite in 5 Minuten einen Topkauf mit DHL Poststation.
Für Nachteinkäufe bietet sich notfalls eine Tankstelle an, welche ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß liegt.
Hier im Westen Hamburgs gibt es unheimlich viele Möglichkeiten zum Spatzieren. Der Elbstrand ist mit Bus und Bahn in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus erreicht man wunderschöne Feldwege und Naturschutzgebiete.

Wie bereits geschildert, werde ich in meiner neuen Wohnung übernachten, aber mein kleines Zimmer noch in der alten Wohnung behalten. Die restliche Wohnung habt ihr dann für euch alleine, wobei ich meine Sachen Stück für Stück in die neue Wohnung tragen werden (Fernseher, evtl. Sofa, Schränke usw.), das vermietete Zimmer bleibt natürlich bis August unberührt und möbliert.
