Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus, das im Herbst 2018 renoviert wurde. Zum Haus gehört eine sonnige Terrasse in Süd-West-Lage sowie ein kleiner Garten und ein Vorgarten. Im Keller befindet sich neben einem Waschraum noch eine vollständig eingerichtete Werkstatt. Das alles steht neben dem hellen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Gäste-WC und der komplett neu renovierten Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Lage
Das Haus befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Hamburg, in Langenhorn, kurz vor der Grenze Schleswig-Holsteins. Das Naturschutzgebiet Raakmoor ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso viele Parks. Der Bus hält 200m entfernt, die nächste U-Bahnstation ist Kiwittsmoor, die ebenfalls fußläufig durch einen wunderschönen Park zu erreichen ist. Man hat also eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt. Edeka, Netto etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar, am Langenhorner Markt ist man schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Besucherfahrrad. Hier gibt es sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von denn's über dm bishin zu Decatlon etc.
Ein paar nette Restaurants befinden sich im Umkreis.

This is a terraced house that was renovated in autumn 2018. The house has a sunny terrace facing south-west as well as a small garden and a front garden. In the basement there is a laundry room and a fully equipped workshop. All of this is next to the bright living room, bathroom and guest toilet and the completely renovated kitchen for shared use.

Location
The house is located in the northern part of Hamburg, in Langenhorn, just before the Schleswig-Holstein border. The Raakmoor nature reserve can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as are many parks. The bus stops 200m away, the nearest subway station is Kiwittsmoor, which can also be reached on foot through a beautiful park. So there is good access to the city. Edeka, Netto etc. are within walking distance, and the Langenhorn market can be reached quickly by bus or visitor's bike. Here you can find all kinds of shopping facilities from Denn's to DM to Decathlon etc.
There are a few nice restaurants in the area.

Ich lebe als Alleinerziehende mit meinem zauberhaften, 3,5 Jahre altem Kleinkind hier. Du bewohnst das größte Zimmer im Haus und hast dadurch Deinen eigenen Rückzugsort in einer eigenen Etage. Wenn Du Lust hast, freuen wir uns jederzeit über Deine Gesellschaft im Wohnzimmer, bei gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten oder beim Spielen. Wenn Du das nicht möchtest und Du lieber ab und zu oder auch einfach ausschließlich hier wohnen und Deine Ruhe haben möchtest, ist das vollkommen in Ordnung!! Jeder ist anders und das ist auch gut so!

Ich freue mich über Menschen, die Achtsam mit sich selbst und ihrem Umfeld umgehen.
Eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit sollten selbstredend sein - die ich selbst gerade schwer halten kann. So ein Kleinkind hat da meist eine eigene Vorstellung von Ordnung, nicht selten findet man plötzlich sämtliche Flummis in seinen Schuhen wieder.

I live here as a single parent with my adorable 3.5-year-old toddler. You live in the largest room in the house and therefore have your own place to retreat to on your own floor. If you feel like it, we are always happy to have your company in the living room, at meals together or while playing. If you don't want that and would rather live here from time to time or just exclusively and have some peace and quiet, that's perfectly fine!! Everyone is different and that's a good thing!

I'm happy about people who are mindful of themselves and their surroundings.

A certain basic order and cleanliness should go without saying - which I myself am finding difficult to maintain at the moment. A toddler like that usually has his own idea of ​​order, and it's not uncommon to suddenly find all the bouncy balls in your shoes.

Ich suche befristet, wobei mir die Aufenthaltsdauer nicht so wichtig ist. Vielleicht brauchst Du ein Zimmer für zwei Monate? Vielleicht für ein einjähriges Praktikum? Eine dreijährige Ausbildung? Vielleicht suchst Du eigentlich in einem anderen Stadtteil, benötigst aber dringend eine sofortige Bleibe in Hamburg und suchst von hier aus weiter? Alles prima, melde Dich sehr gerne!

Die Fotos sind entstanden, bevor das Zimmer möbliert wurde. Es befinden sich darin ein Bett, Tisch und Stühle, Cocktailsessel, Teppich. Wenn Du lieber Deine eigenen Sachen unterstellen möchtest, ist das gar kein Problem.

Wenn Du das Zimmer und das Haus (und uns :) vorab besichtigen möchtest, findet sich dafür auf jeden Fall eine Möglichkeit, zum Beispiel per Videocall, wenn Du nicht vorbei kommen kannst.

The photos were taken before the room was furnished. There is a bed, table and chairs, cocktail chair, carpet. If you prefer to store your own things, that's no problem at all.

If you would like to view the room and the house (and us :) in advance, there is definitely a way to do that, for example via video call if you can't come by.
