Hi, ich bin Elisabeth, 30 Jahre alt und ich vermiete ein 9 qm Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 6 Monaten Ich suche jemanden, der z.B. ein Praktikum in Hamburg macht oder für eine begrenzte Zeit in Hamburg arbeitet. Wenn du für einen kürzeren Zeitraum suchst, ist das auch in Ordnung, frag mich gerne! Der Preis beträgt 450 Euro inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Die Höhe der Kaution hängt davon ab, wie lange du bleiben würdest (also z.B. 3 Monate 2x Nettokaltmieten, 6 Monate 3x Nettokaltmieten). Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit einem 1,40 m Bett, einer Regalkombi mit Kleiderstange, einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl und noch einem Regal. Wenn du noch etwas anderes benötigst, kann ich das organisieren, sprich mich dazu gerne an.
Die Wohnung hat 65qm und liegt barrierefrei im Erdgeschoss. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Duschbad, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Wintergarten, eine Küche und ein geräumiger Flur. Mein Zimmer und das zu vermietende Zimmer liegen beide auf der Nordseite, was grade im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.

The flat is 65 square metres and on the ground floor, so no steps or anything like that. It has a shower room, a living room, a conservatory, a kitchen and a spacious hallway. My room and the room for rent are both on the north side, which is pleasant, especially in summer.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hier leben hauptsächlich Familien. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr grün und man kann wirklich toll spazieren gehen. Man braucht zu Fuß´5-10 min zur Einkaufsstraße und zur U-Bahn-Station. Am Langenhorn Markt findest du viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka, Kaufland, DM, Müller, Budni, Lidl, Den's Biomarkt, viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Dienstags und Samstags ist Wochenmarkt. Außerdem viele türkische oder arabische Läden. Man hat hier also wirklich alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Langenhorn Markt liegt an der U1, auf der Strecke Ohlsdorf, Stephansplatz, Jungfernstieg, Hauptbahnhof - alles ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen. Man hat also die Möglichkeit, in einem ruhig gelegen Stadtteil zu wohnen, aber trotzdem schnell im Großstadttrubel zu sein.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Flughafeneinflugschneise - das hat aber bisher noch niemanden, der hier gewohnt hat, lange gestört. Die Fenster sind extra schalldicht, so dass man die Flugzeuge kaum wahrnimmt, wenn sie geschlossen sind. Meistens sind die Flugzeuge eher eine nette Attraktion für Besuch :-)
The flat is located in a quiet residential area, mainly families live here. The whole neighbourhood is very green and it's really nice to go for a walk. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the shopping street and the underground station. At Langenhorn Markt you will find many shopping facilities: Edeka, Kaufland, DM, Müller, Budni, Lidl, Den's organic market, many food options, Tuesdays and Saturdays is weekly market. There are also many Turkish and Arabic shops. So you really do have everything you need for everyday life here. Langenhorn Markt is on the underground line U1, on the route Ohlsdorf, Stephansplatz, Jungfernstieg, Hauptbahnhof - all of which can be reached without changing trains. So you have the opportunity to live in a quiet neighbourhood and still be able to get around the city quickly.
The flat is located in the airport approach lane - but this has never bothered anyone who has lived here for long. The windows are extra soundproof, so you hardly notice the aeroplanes when they are closed. The aeroplanes are usually more of a nice attraction for visitors :-)
Ich arbeite Vollzeit Mo-Fr, am Wochenende bin ich gern mit Freunden unterwegs, abends unter der Woche bin ich eher ruhig zuhause. Ab und an habe ich Besuch, aber Partys gibt es bei mir nicht. Es ist also eher ein ruhiger Haushalt und soll für uns beide ein Rückzugsort sein. Ich freue mich aber über nette Gespräche und bin offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen!
Zu beachten ist: Ich hab zwei Katzen, du solltest also auf jeden Fall gut mit Katzen auskommen. Die beiden sind Freigängerinnen und freuen sich über jegliche Zuwendung :-)
I work full-time Mon-Fri, at the weekend I like to go out with friends, in the evenings during the week I tend to be quiet at home. I have visitors from time to time, but I don't have parties. So it's more of a quiet household and should be a retreat for both of us. However, I am happy to have nice conversations and am open to doing things together!
Please note: I have two cats, so you should definitely get on well with cats. Both are outdoor cats and are happy about any attention :-)
