Here it is:
Furnished 14m2 room in a 2bedroom shared flat (2er WG) for temporary rent with possible option to extend.
The rental is 485€ incl. all bills + fast Wifi and the deposit ist one month rent (485€).
There is currently no bed in the room. So you can bring your own bed, or I can get one for you.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum Hamburgs (Portugiesenviertel /Neustadt). Es ist ziemlich schwierig, hier einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber die U/S-Bahn Haltestelle Landungsbrücken ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und es gibt Supermärkte, viele Restaurants, Parks und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Elbe, Hafen, Michel und Reeperbahn etc. in direkter Nähe.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift, in a quiet street in central Hamburg (Portugiesenviertel /Neustadt). Its difficult to find a parking space here, but the U/S Bahn Station Landungsbrücken is in 1min walking distance and there are supermarkets, lots of restaurants, parks and sightseeing spots like the Elbe, Harbour, Michel and Reeperbahn etc near by.
Du teilst die Wohnung inkl der Küche und dem kleinen Badezimmer mit mir.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank + Gefrierschrank... und hat genügend Platz für gemütliches Zusammensitzen bei Bier/Wein/Kaffee ;) Geputzt wird abwechselnd. Raucher müssen die 4 Etagen runter laufen und draußen rauchen, da es leider keinen Balkon gibt. Haustiere können evtl. nach Absprache mit einziehen.
Ich bin 37 Jahre (gefühlt jünger), Nichtraucher und gerade von einer Langzeitreise zurück. Ich mag es unter der Woche ruhig, habe aber am Wochenende auch nichts gegen kleine Partys, eine Runde Mario Kart oder gemütliche WG Abende. Bei gutem Wetter bin ich oft in meinem Kleingarten oder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Ich reise gerne, gehe auf Konzerte und Festivals, schlender über Flohmärkte, verziehe mich aber auch mal an meine Playstation oder mit einem Buch in mein Zimmer. Ich mache regelmäßig Sport, achte auf Nachhaltigkeit und esse vegetarisch / vegan.

You will share the apartment including the kitchen and the small bathroom with me.
The Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, dishwasher, washingmachine, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer… and has enough space for having nice conversations with beer/wine/coffee ;) Cleaning is done in turns.
People who smoke have to walk down the 4 floors and smoke outside as there is unfortunately no balcony.
Pets can possibly move in with you - after agreement.
Im 37 years (feel younger), non-smoker and have just returned from a long trip. I like it quiet during the week, but on weekends I don't mind small parties, a round of Mario Kart or cosy "WG"-evenings. When the weather is good, I'm often in my allotment garden or on my bike. I like to travel, go to concerts and festivals, visit flea markets, but I also enjoy being in my room with my playstation or a book. I do sports regularly, pay attention to sustainability and eat vegetarian /vegan food.
