Moin, ich bin von September bis Anfang nächsten Jahres für mein Auslandssemester in Toulouse und vermiete für diese Zeit mein WG-Zimmer in Niendorf unter.
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und hat ein relativ großes Fenster Richtung Süden. Vor dem Fenster ist noch ein Balkon. Die Möbel würde ich wie auf dem Bildern da lassen. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad eine Abstellkammer und einen Balkon und ist ca. 62m² groß. In der Küche haben wir auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.

In 5-10 min zu Fuß ist man beim Tibarg, wo es alle möglichen Läden und ein Einkaufszentrum gibt. Dort fährt auch die U2 und verschiedene Busse. In 10 min kommt man zum Niendorfer Gehege oder dem Flughafen, wo es etwas Natur und Wald gibt und man z.B. gut joggen oder spazieren gehen kann. Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 min.

Du würdest mit Moritz und Maxime zusammen wohnen. Sie sind beide 21, Moritz studiert Medizin und Maxime Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Wir sind vor zwei Jahren zusammen nach Hamburg gezogen. Die Athmosphäre in unserer WG ist relativ entspannt.
